Counselling with a warm welcome


Sometimes life can be overwhelming and we can feel powerless and confused.  Maybe you have experienced trauma, bereavement, illness, or relationship difficulties.  Perhaps you are feeling anxious or depressed and are not really sure why.

 What if you could be supported in healing from traumas?   What if you could be kinder to yourself and experience less anxiety?  What if you could feel more assertive and develop healthy boundaries?  

In counselling you will be able to express your thoughts and feelings without judgment.  You can explore how things have been for you in the past and gain an awareness of how this may be impacting you in the present.  

We can work together to help you feel stronger, happier, and more able to cope with life. 

You may wish to come for short-term weekly counselling or you may feel that you would benefit from working with me for longer.    

I know that selecting the right counsellor can be a daunting prospect and that sharing your feelings with someone new can be difficult. 

This is why I offer a REDUCED PRICE INITIAL SESSION so that you can meet me and see if you feel that we will be able to work together





Sessions may be paid for by BACS before the session or if seeing me face to face they may be paid using card or cash.
