Thank you for visiting my website.  I know that reaching out for help is a big step and that searching for a counsellor  can be a challenge.

I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space in which we can explore and resolve the things that are troubling you and work towards finding a better way forward for you in your life. 

I am an integrative counsellor which means that I am trained in a variety of approaches (Person-Centred, CBT and Psychodynamic).  I aim to develop a safe, supportive, therapeutic relationship with you in which you are able to consider your own relationships with yourself and others.

I am a Norwich based UKCP accredited counsellor offering online and face to face sessions to individuals over 18 years of age. 

Before becoming a counsellor I worked for 25 years in primary schools with children aged 4 to 7 and their families.  I also worked in the LGBT+ community running drop-ins and offering outreach. 

I have worked at Off The Record Counselling Agency in Norwich for 3 years helping clients with a wide range of issues through both long and short term counselling.
